Using Spinal Molding Supports

The Kare Spinal Molding Supports re-trains the spine and muscles thus restoring the natural curvature of the spine. These tools are used by the patient while lying on a flat surface (not a bed) for 5 to 30 minutes. The spinal rehabilitative exercises explained below will provide a gentle spinal traction and stretch the ligaments. These simple stretches may help improve your posture and reduce tension that you may be experiencing from mis-alignment.You should use the supports for 5 to 30 minutes as prescribed by your doctor.
